This beautiful, lush green region is rich with both agriculture and forestry, with scores of red deer, red kites, red squirrels, otters and other wildlife commonly spotted across this beautiful, rural region.

A well connected mainline train station can be found in nearby Lockerbie with regular services North and South. The main M74 trunk road between England and Scotland is easily accessible, with the larger local market towns of Dumfries and Carlisle both within half an hour’s drive away. The beautiful Lake District is easily accessible within an hour’s drive.
